  The stay was superb, facilities were superb. The key pick-up was unique (external, non-human contact) and was easy to do, following instructions on an email. Replacing the key was tricky as the key code was a bit stiff and wouldn't click, but with good comms from remote WhatsApp we contacted each other and worked out a solution for the key drop. The flexibility was welcome as I had to catch a flight home.
