Each space has been carefully considered for maximum comfort and functionality.

  If you are happy to use the local transport, then the location is good. The bus from town stops just around the block while the bus into town stops across the street. Handy if you need the night bus to the airport.
  A few blocks away is a tram stop and, in the opposite direction, a small train station.
  
  I loved the extra blankets as my friend wanted the air-conditioning on to sleep. This meant we were both comfortable.
  
  Although we didn't use it, the cute little garden out the back is a nice feature.
  
  The kitchenette area is handy to have if you don't want to eat out, it has a kettle, a fridge, a hob and a small selection of pots and kitchenware, although it designed for very tall people, some of the cupboards were out of my reach!
  
  The gentleman on the desk when we arrived was helpful, he explained how to get entry when Reception was closed and the check out procedure so we could leave very early for our flights home

  1) Good location: quiet district, 20-30 minutes to the center, lake, park are near the hotel (5-10 minutes).
  2) Comfortable room: balcony with table and chairs (for cosy breakfasts and dinners), 2 tables, 6 chairs, kitchen is very good (all necessary dishes, dishwashing liquid and sponge, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove), coffee (coffee machine) and tea.
  3) Luggage room if you need to leave your baggage.
  4) Cleaning is every day (except Sunday)
  5) Thanks for the staff – we have the late check-in and reserved all necessary information in time.

  Arrival was early but they offered luggage storage for free.

  The location was great, the neighborhood felt really laidback, public transport stations were near, so no problem in moving to other locations. The room was super comfortable, clean, and really spacious compared to other hotels.
