  The best part of our stay was the help we got from Gerardo! He was excellent with tour suggestions and anything else we needed! Thank you for making our trip a wonderful experience! You went beyond your concierge duties and highly recommend the hotel because of you. The location was just petfect! No need for a car. We walked everywhere and the train station was also walking distance.

  Location is fantastic, right next to Zurich HBF train station and the main shopping district. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes around. Staff were really friendly and the room was amazing! Very large and comfortable. Bathroom and shower/bath were fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay!
