  Room was spacious. All hotel staff was very helpful and cordial. Ms. Muse and Mr. Alex at the front office were most helpful and responsive to our needs. Ms. Alpiger – Manager Guest Experience gave excellent recommendations to our queries. Mr. Jorge Cruz in charge of baggage handling always had a smile and was most efficient and attentive. Location of the hotel is convenient both for sightseeing and shopping.
