  Exceptional service , not the first time I’m staying at this hotel. Very convenient for the airport and shopping. Very nice Cafe /restaurant. Breakfast setting and service very elegant. The staff was also extremely nice (I celebrated my birthday while staying at the hotel and they were so kind as to send to my room a very nice sweet desert with a celebratory message), all vey thoughtful !

It is ideally located (across from the train station), the staff are absolutely the most polite and competent you will encounter, the rooms are beautifully decorated and immaculately spotless, and no detail is overlooked (including the butler who arrives in the evening with a selection of bedtime chocolates!).

  We arrived early, the staff upgraded our room and let us check in early. The room was spacious and quiet, so we were able to catch up on sleepafter our Red Eye flight.
