  I like the towels and duvet covers. The duvet was soft and comfortable. The towels were longer and thicker. The bathroom was spacious Excellent customer service I asked for an umbrella since it was raining, Felipe brought 5 umbrellas. Very helpful

  Rössli, was extremely well located . It was near the lake, and everything in the altstadt ( old town ), including the Niederdorf area. The staff were truly wonderful- Very helpful and friendly and the bed was excellent.
