  I had such an incredible experience at this place! The warmth and hospitality from Sigi, Norah, Josie, and the young man at the bar (whose name escapes me) truly made me feel like family. The food was not only delicious but also a delight for the senses. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the intricate glass edging on the doors to the carefully chosen pillows. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary non-alcoholic drink in the mini-bar - a thoughtful gesture I had never encountered in Europe before.   Location, location, location. Absolutely the best part of this property is it’s right in the middle of everything. Short walk to tram, restaurants everywhere and the staff were the friendliest I have ever met. Nice amenities.

  King bed was comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. Rain shower was nice to have , something that is rare in boutique hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was really nice to have. I cancelled some hotels in Zurich because they did not have it. Not all room has it so make sure the right one is booked.
