  Swiss charm but totally modern & very clean Perfectly located in the Old Town (no traffic, pedestrians only) & with a GREAT cafe/restaurant attached. Everything about the hotel was excellent but in particular the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Special shout out to Gil who went above and beyond, helping with my luggage & walking the short distance to where the airport shuttle picked me up on a nearby 'traffic allowed' street

  We enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. It is close to many restaurants, shops, and the lake. The restaurant downstairs was very good and they have a nice buffet breakfast in the morning. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

  Cute hotel with a fantastic location in the heart of Zurich. 10 minutes walk from the main station. Clean and welcoming. Faces onto a street with a lot of nightlife but the double glazing did its job and kept out the noise
