1. Good location, very close to tram station, Coop supermarket, and restaurants. 2. Kitchen facilities are nice: oven, cooker, microwaves, and basic oil, salt. Easy to use. 3. Landlord is quite friendly and responded quickly. We broke one glass cup and he is cool with it. Nice guy.
