  새로 개조된 실내로 깨끗하고 가전제품도 새 것으로 깨끗함. 침실 침대는 편안했음. 거실의 소파베드는 넓지만 허리쪽 굥계 부분이 불편했음. (소파베드를 덮을 토퍼 등 침구가 보완되면 좋겠음)
  건조기까지 있어서 세탁이 편리했음.
  Ground floor라서 계속 창을 열고 지내기는 어렵지만, 시선을 가려줄 나무가 있음.
