  Location was so central and convenient. Very clean and everything seemed new and fresh. Had all utensils and amenities that we needed. Bed very comfy. Tonnes of hot water and the shower was lovely. No keys, convenient for us coming and going and close to some Christmas markets and loads of nice places to eat. 1 minute walk to tram or less, couldn't believe the great location. Considering the prices to eat out in Zurich it was a huge bonus to have a kitchenette. Would definitely stay again.
