What I really loved is that you’re close enough to everything that matters, but when you step outside, it feels more like a neighborhood than a tourist zone. My room was compact but thoughtfully designed — and honestly, in Zurich, that’s exactly what you want. Every inch serves a purpose without feeling cramped.   It is located right in the heart of the city but felt like a haven of peace. Our room was spacious with all the modern amenities you need and if we had had more time we would have taken the opportunity to try out the spa facilities. Most of all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Isaac on the reception could not have given us a better welcome and was so helpful in explaining where we could go and what to see. Other staff at breakfast or in the restaurant later were equally friendly and looked after us so well.
