Good location right next to the university botanical gardens, close enough to the city centre while itself being in a peaceful residential/student neighborhood. Well connected by tram. Delightfully large, airy and spacious, with a cute little yard for coffee and breakfast. Common green area also pretty and well maintained. Well equipped kitchen which was quite useful for a large group (+ baby) like ours

Location is super accessible, climb tram 11 and reach city centre to travel around. A small cafe near Hegibachplatz tram station can full your Breakfast need with tasty coffee and Cinnamon Apple Roll. A Desi restaurant just before Hegibachplatz station called Darbar can fill you indian food need. Coop is also very near for grocery.

Exceptional appartement with a lot of space. Perfect for family. All facilities available wifi, kitchen, bathroom...etc. Close to tram yet walking distance from city center. Clean and very well organized. With a nice view on a small garden.

Easy check-in, clean, light and big apartment with comfortable beds. In the kitchen you can find dishwasher (and some dishwasher detergent), coffee machine (with some capsules), some salt and oil (which usually you need to take with you or buy a new big pack if you want just to cook a breakfast).
